Dr. Pablo Ortega is the co-leader of the Climate Prediction group at the BSC.  He has a broad expertise in decadal climate variability and predictability in the North Atlantic region, with a particular focus on the external and internally-driven sources, including the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation and its driving mechanisms. He will supervise, together with Dr. Donat, the CP contributions to WP2 and WP3.
